RAISENEWLEADERS

Family & Ministry

Are you active in the mission field and looking for a place to catch your breath with your partner or family, regain strength and invest in yourself, each other and your relationship with God?

Within our community there is room for rest, encounter, prayer, encouragement and depth. A place to step away from daily responsibility for a while and recharge for what lies ahead.

A new church in East Germany

In the Erzgebirge we are building a new church where encounter, faith and community are central. Every Saturday afternoon from 3.30 to 5.00 pm people gather to meet God and one another. We worship together, listen to a biblical message and take time to pray for and with each other.

There is a separate programme for children. Afterwards there is space to keep meeting one another over free coffee, tea and something tasty.

During the week there are various activities for young and old as well: a family café, a mothers’ café, home groups and a range of outdoor and sports activities for children, teens and young people.

Build with us as a volunteer

Would you like to help build our pioneering church for a shorter or longer period? Your gifts and talents are very welcome. You can stay with us, share our meals and receive mentoring during your stay.

GROW IN LEADERSHIP, FAITH AND CALLING

The international leadership school is there for new leaders, entrepreneurs, church planters, evangelists and pastors who want to develop further in their leadership and calling.

In three months you work on personal leadership development, character and faith, and prepare for a leading role or your own ministry within God’s Kingdom. Alongside solid teaching there is room to discover where your gifts lie and how to use them practically.

The school runs from 1 September to 1 December 2026. Afterwards you have the option of a three-month internship to put what you learned into practice.

Start date 2027: 1 April to 1 July. Location: training centre, Germany.
Costs: € 2,500 per person or € 4,500 per couple/family.

A place to grow in faith, character and calling

Our training centre is a place where you get room to grow in your relationship with God, your character and your personal calling. A place to be built up and encouraged, to live together in community and to learn practically how to serve God and the people around you.

You can stay with us for a shorter or longer period, alone, with your partner or with your family. Our group accommodation in the mountains has several guest rooms, a shared living and dining area with kitchen, and rooms with a private bathroom.

During your stay you can take part in our training programmes, such as the leadership school, or gain experience in mission work as a volunteer. You might help in the community, the community café, the pioneering church, children’s and youth activities, summer camps and other activities of the training centre.

Would you like to invest in your faith, calling and personal development and use your gifts practically? Then you are very welcome. During your stay you share our meals and receive mentoring.
